Adding Depth to D&D

Hey Gamers!

Welcome to my D&D Lists page!

I first played D&D in the late 70’s (the good old days when the 1st Edition was brand new and groundbreaking), and have loved it ever since.

I confess that I haven’t played in a while (ok, quite a while); so, in order to fill the gap, I have lately been putting together random listings for various aspects of the game.

Most will not generate your primary bad guy, or your adventure hook.  They will, instead, generate flavour, colour and background. They will, as the above title suggests, add some depth to your milieu, helping to make it more of a living place.

That’s the goal, anyway!

They should work with pretty much any FRPG, and with any edition of D&D (though, as I hinted above, I have done virtually nothing with any of the post-1st Ed. AD&D versions.

Shouts out to Orkish Blade for the idea of putting these together, and to the folks at the 1st Edition Advanced Dungeons and Dragons Facebook page, for feedback and keeping the creative juices flowing.

On to the Lists!
